These terms govern your use of earnestcre.com, operated by Earnest CRE Inc. (“Earnest CRE,” “we,” “us”), a licensed Florida commercial real estate brokerage — Kenneth Bonnardel, Broker of Record. By using the site you accept them.
Listing details, financial figures, and market commentary on this site come from property owners and sources we consider reliable, but we present them without representation or warranty as to accuracy or completeness, and they are not an offer to sell or a solicitation where such would be unlawful. Projections are estimates. Verify everything independently with your own advisors before acting on it. Property availability, pricing, and terms change without notice.
Access to confidential listing materials is granted through a per-deal registration and click-through confidentiality agreement presented at the point of access. That agreement — the version shown to you at registration, which we retain a record of — governs your use of everything inside a deal room.
When you opt in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Earnest CRE Inc., which may include responses to your inquiries, listing and deal alerts, showing scheduling and confirmations, transaction updates, and follow-ups from our principals.
Consent is not a condition of purchase of any property, good, or service. By opting in you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided and are 18 or older.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you.
Opting out: you can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Earnest CRE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its contents.
